4. Order Placement
Orders must be placed through the official website or designated communication channels. Customers will receive an order confirmation via email or text.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes or cancellations of local pickup or delivery must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order and cannot be guaranteed for same-day orders.
Any changes or cancellations to a nationwide shipping order must be made 3 days in advance of the initially requested delivery date.
Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once preparation has begun.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in the local currency and may be updated without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout through approved payment methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or payment issues.
7. Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup
Delivery availability, fees, and time slots will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other conditions. Customers must provide accurate delivery information. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may incur additional charges. Pickup orders must be collected at the agreed location and time.
8. Freshness and Storage
All baked goods are made fresh. Customers are responsible for storing products properly after delivery or pickup. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage.
9. Refunds and Returns
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, returns are not accepted. Refunds or replacements will be offered only for damaged, incorrect, or missing items, reported within 2 hours of delivery. Proof of issue, such as photos or videos, may be required.
Advanced Orders (Local Pick-Up and Delivery Only):
We do not refund any cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance of your chosen pick-up time or delivery date. This includes order changes for future dates.
Nationwide Shipping Orders:
As a policy, all our perishable treats that ship nationwide are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any order that is shipped nationwide.
10. Custom Orders
Custom cakes, cupcakes, and themed items require advance booking. Final designs may show slight artistic variations.
11. Food Safety and Handling
All items are prepared in a kitchen that follows local health and safety regulations. Some products may be prepared in a facility that also handles nuts and other allergens.
12. Intellectual Property
